DCL Medical Laboratories –

"As the founder of my company, I can honestly say that I only wish I had brought in Centerfield as a partner earlier. They helped us ratchet our company up to a whole new level of performance, which eventually led to the successful sale of our company. Frankly, we couldn’t have made it without Centerfield."

Roger Wall, CEO

Centerfield works closely with business owners and managers to structure each investment with a mutually agreeable outcome in mind. Typically we invest with a five to seven year investment horizon. Repayment terms are agreed upon at the beginning of a relationship. Our capital is returned to us when a company has grown sufficiently to refinance its debt and pay off our investment, or when the owners elect to sell the company. It is not uncommon for a company to refinance its indebtedness and pay off our subordinated note prior to maturity.
