Centerfield has successfully invested with more than 30 providers of capital, including funded and “fundless” equity sponsors and other mezzanine and equity investors. When needed, we not only invest subordinated debt but also equity so that our interests are aligned with the equity sponsor. We believe in the power of teamwork, and seek investment partners that share our experience, values and approach.
While we are not passive investors, we understand our role on the team. Like a centerfielder, we prefer to observe the primary action from the outfield yet move quickly when necessary. When called upon, we can lead by assisting companies and partners by:- Providing subordinated debt as well as equity capital

- Arranging senior financing
